How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your desired items, add them to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. We're working on adding more payment options soon.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs PKR 150. However, we offer FREE shipping on all orders above PKR 4,500 when you use coupon code SHIP20.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across Pakistan. Processing takes 1-2 days, then 2-3 days for shipping.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, and many more.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Contact us within 7 days, get a return authorization, pack the item with tags, and send it back using our provided address.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We offer free size and color exchanges within 7 days, subject to availability. The exchange process is the same as returns.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. Bank transfers may take 1-2 additional days.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized suppliers and manufacturers.
Do you offer product warranties?
Product warranties vary by item and brand. Check the product description for specific warranty information. We also offer our own quality guarantee.
What if I receive a defective item?
Contact us immediately with photos. We offer free return shipping for defective items and will provide a full refund or replacement.
