Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ease Up Store website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Ease Up Store's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be accurate.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer
• Refuse any order you place with us
• Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer

Payment must be received by us before the acceptance of your order. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Pakistan only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the products ordered. Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 4,500.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Returns and Refunds

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

The materials on Ease Up Store's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Ease Up Store makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Ease Up Store or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ease Up Store's website, even if Ease Up Store or a Ease Up Store authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
